We worked exclusively with Russ Wilson in negotiating the sale and painting of the vehicle from start to finish of the pruchasing process. He was up front and honest and went out of his way to make sure we received all of the required information about the vehicle. He performed all of the required repairs that were conditional on the purchase of the truck, and made sure it was fully operating upon delivery. He supervised the painting of the vehicle at a paint shop and made daily trips to the shop to assure that the painting and stripping was matching the specifications submitted by our department. The results were supurb and the resulting product was a ladder truck that looks like new..."
